All Css are written in the theme.less file .You can open that file, search class you want to modify and modify.

Sorry for the delay ... ehm ... If you want to change "Footer and Bottom" color, you don't need to modify any file.

You can go to: Template:->Layout->Scroll until "Footer" or "Bottom"->click on the SETTING BUTTON and you can change your color. Click Apply, don't forget to SAVE the template (on the top of the page) and you are done!
